Our cancellations policy:
The whole deposit, less bank fees, will be returned if 30 days or more notice is given. 50% of the deposit will be returned for between 30 days and 15 days notice. No deposit will be returned if less than 2 weeks notice is given. Instead it will be kept as a deposit for a future stay in the hotel - valid for 12 months after cancelled stay.
